2. Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices are provided based on quality, quantity, packaging, and destination country.

  • Prices shared in quotations are valid only for a specific period and may change based on market conditions.

  • Any additional custom branding, packaging, or special requirements may incur extra charges.

3. Advance Payment Policy

To ensure genuine orders and smooth operations:

  • No deal will begin without advance payment.

  • All samples are chargeable, including courier charges.

  • Payment must be made through approved and secure methods only.

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when:

  • The buyer agrees to pricing, specifications, and packaging;

  • Required advance payment is received;

  • Final Proforma Invoice (PI) is accepted by the buyer.

Any changes after confirmation may affect price and delivery timelines.

5. Custom Branding & Packaging

We offer:

All customization details must be confirmed before production begins.

6. Quality Assurance

Minor natural variations in color, aroma, or texture may occur due to agricultural differences.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We provide global shipping through:

  • Sea Freight

  • Door-to-Door Delivery

Shipping Terms

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and logistics factors.

  • Transit delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or natural events are beyond our control.

  • Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, risk transfers to the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Documentation

We provide required export documentation such as:

  • Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin

  • Fumigation / Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)

  • Other documents as mutually agreed

9. Returns, Damage & Claims

Because products are exported globally:

  • Returns are not accepted once shipped.

  • Any claim regarding damage or quality must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods with photographic/video evidence.

  • Claims will be evaluated based on contract terms, inspection reports, and packaging condition.

10. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Production has started, or

  • Goods have been packed, or

  • Shipment arrangements have begun.

Cancellation charges may apply based on work already completed.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, product designs, and packaging by NEXUS GLOBAL TRADE remain our property unless a specific licensing or private-label agreement is signed.

12. Confidentiality

All client information, pricing details, business documents, and communication remain confidential and will not be shared except when required by law or shipping partners for processing.

13. Legal Compliance

Both parties must comply with:

  • Applicable export/import laws

  • Customs regulations

  • Food safety standards

  • International trade rules

Any illegal or restricted product requests will not be accepted.

14. Limitation of Liability

NEXUS GLOBAL TRADE is not responsible for:

  • Transit delays

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Shipping company errors

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen disruptions

  • Misuse of goods after delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

15. Governing Law

All disputes and transactions shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in Surat, Gujarat.
